Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a limit to how many design requests I can submit?
No! Once you’re subscribed you can add as many designs as you’d like and they’ll be delivered one by one.
What do you use to create my designs?
Most of our designs are created on Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe Suite. No Canva here!
How do I request designs?
It’s easy. Once subscribed you’ll have access to Trello. This is where you request designs and add any details about your design. It’s intuitive and easy to use!
Why shouldn’t I just hire a full-time Graphic Designer?
Well, an experienced graphic designer now costs a minimum of £60,000 per year, and typically you don’t have enough work to keep them busy full-time. With Venue Launch, you pay vastly less and don’t pay for downtime!
Are there any types of design requests that you don’t cover?
Yes. Currently, we don’t cover motion graphics or animated graphics. We focus on static, captivating graphics, logos, social media content, and more.
What if I don’t like the design?
Don’t worry! You can request as many design changes as you’d like. We’ll keep working until you’re happy.
Do you offer refunds?
As we offer such an affordable charge and our designs are genuinely amazing, we don’t offer refunds, but you can just email us to pause your subscription at any time.
What if I own multiple venues?

Venue Launch was founded after a deep routed concern for the UK's hospitality industry.
We spent years working in venues and watching them suffer through covid and it's seemingly ever lasting effects. High interest rates, exorbitant cost increases, and dramatic shifts in consumer behavior have put a chokehold on the industry responsible for giving people a good time.
We realised one thing - many business owners in the industry have seemingly seen no path out except to try and cut costs and 'hunker down'.

Jamie McAdam worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years before leaving to run his marketing business, Microbrand Marketing, full-time.
