Digital Products & Online Courses

Upon purchase, customers will receive instant access to digital products, including training materials, templates, and online courses, unless otherwise stated. Consulting & Done-For-You Services

Consulting and done-for-you marketing services are fulfilled according to the scope and timeline outlined in the service agreement or contract signed at the time of purchase. Clients will receive onboarding instructions within 48 hours of purchase to begin the fulfilment process. Ongoing support and service delivery will be provided based on the agreed-upon terms in the contract.

2. Refund & Guarantee Policy*

Our refund policy is dependent on the contract signed at the time of purchase. Venue Launch Ltd offers specific guarantees for certain services, which are clearly outlined in the contract or service agreement, or the checkout/sales page at point of purchase.

Digital Products & Courses*

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all sales of digital products and online courses are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of purchase or inside the customer's contract. If you encounter any technical issues accessing the content, our support team will work with you to resolve them.

Consulting & Done-For-You Services

Refunds and guarantees for consulting and done-for-you marketing services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the signed contract. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be reviewed based on the terms specified in the contract.

*Exclusion: The Bar Growth Systems Program features a 2X ROI Guarantee, as described in the contract delivered to each customer. This specific guarantee applies exclusively to the Bar Growth Systems Program and is subject to the conditions outlined in the contract. This guarantee is not applicable to the Bar Growth Systems Program, if the program is purchased at a discount. This will be outlined within the contract the customer signs at point of purchase.
