Venue Launch Refund Policy + Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing from Venue Launch. We value your business and strive to meet your expectations with every purchase. Below are the details regarding our refund policy for our '100+ Point Bar Growth Checklist/Bible'.

By purchasing the checklist from Venue Launch, you are accepting all of the below terms.

1.Refunds

Venue Launch is pleased to offer full refunds for those who do not see a growth in revenue as a result of implementing the Bar Growth Checklist.

To receive the refund, the customer must prove:

1) That they have implemented every point on the checklist

2) That revenue has not grown as a result of implementing the checklist.

Revenue must be measured in the following manner:

Revenue growth will be measured upon completion of the checklist for a minimum of 60 Days, and must be measured against the same period for the year before. This is to avoid seasonal changes or imbalances.

For example, if the checklist is 100% completed on 5th July 2024, then the measured period will be 5th July - September 3rd 2024. If the customer cannot show figures for these periods, then a refund cannot be given.

To prove the sales decline, the customer must show official figures from a reputable source, such as:

1) A Bank Statement

2) A Payment Processor Statement

3) An Accountant's Summary

This will then be measured against the same period the year before. If the revenue for the recent period is less vs the year prior, then a full refund will be paid only to the customers original payment method, within 7 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: Only revenue (total takings) are measured. Profit is beyond the control of Venue Launch. Only total takings can be measured for a refund.

2. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective

immediately upon posting on our website. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically

to stay informed of any updates.

Terms and Conditions

Redistribution Policy

By purchasing the Bar Marketing Checklist, you are granted a license to use the material for your bar's internal marketing efforts only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the checklist with other bar owners or third parties is strictly prohibited. You may, however, share the checklist with bar staff that you directly employ, provided they are using it solely for the purpose of improving your venue's marketing operations. Unauthorised sharing or distribution of this material will result in a breach of this agreement and will lead to the cancellation of your license and prosecution in the courts of the United Kingdom. You will receive no refund for breaching these policies.

Reselling Policy

No reselling is permitted at any time, by any party.

White-Label Policy

Consultants, Bar Owners, or Others found to be re-branding and distribution this checklist whether paid or free will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, in the courts of the business: The United Kingdom. This checklist is the sole property and content of Venue Launch.
